Privacy and cookie policy
How GKF Wealth Management Ltd, trading as Percipient Capital, collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated June 2026.
Who we are
GKF Wealth Management Ltd, trading as Percipient Capital, is the controller of any personal information described in this policy. Questions, requests or concerns should be addressed to Jason Gould, GKF Wealth Management Ltd, 6 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8LD, or jasongould@percipientcapital.com.
What we collect
If you simply browse this website, we collect no personal information ourselves. Our hosting provider processes visitor IP addresses in its server logs for security and performance, as is standard for any website. If you contact us, we hold what you send us — your name, contact details and the content of your message. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to take you on and serve you properly: identity and contact details, information required for anti-money-laundering and know-your-client checks (including verification through third-party systems), financial and tax information relevant to your investments, and information from public sources such as Companies House.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, to provide our services under the agreements we have with clients, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations — including FCA record-keeping, anti-money-laundering law and tax reporting. In UK GDPR terms, we rely on the lawful bases of contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in running our business.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal information and never share it for marketing. We share it only with: service providers and professional advisers who work for us under appropriate obligations of confidentiality (for example our administrators, accountants, lawyers and compliance advisers); and regulators, tax authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies where we are legally required to do so.
Storage, security and retention
Personal information is normally stored within the UK or the European Economic Area, with access limited to those who need it. If a service provider transfers data outside the UK or EEA, we ensure safeguards consistent with UK data protection law are in place. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for client records this includes the retention periods required of an FCA-authorised firm — and review what we hold periodically.
Marketing
We do not send marketing communications, and we do not share your details with anyone else for theirs.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, and — in certain circumstances — to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and there is no third-party tracking on this site. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance; these do not identify you to us. Because we set no optional cookies, there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Other websites and changes
This policy applies only to this website and to our own handling of personal information. Other websites we link to have their own policies. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law; the date above shows when it was last revised.
