Companies with a proven trading history, capable management, and a credible path to growth or transition. We are generalists by sector and selective by judgment. We are not interested in early-stage bets, distressed turnarounds, or investments that depend on a single, near-term exit.
Our portfolio companies have us for as long as they want us, and we take a genuine interest in how each business gets on — board seats where useful, introductions where they help, a sounding board whenever it’s wanted — while staying out of the day-to-day. We are there in the hard stretches as well as the good ones, and when something needs deciding, you talk directly to the people who decide.
Every Percipient investment is cornerstoned by the team with our own personal capital, alongside capital from long-standing private clients who have backed us across many deals over many years. Clients choose, deal by deal, whether to participate — and once invested, Percipient manages the holding end-to-end on a fully discretionary basis. From a management team’s point of view, that means one shareholder, not a syndicate of investors to manage.
